 Take some time to notice the beautiful world around you today. Let go of the past. Let go of the future. Still you mind in the present and bask in the glory of all that is in this moment. I Just Wanna Be Happy


I spoke with my life coach, Lori Ostenfeld yesterday and she shared an exercise with me that I wanted to share with all of my readers. During our conversation she asked me to indulge her for a moment to work on an activity to define happiness for myself. The following two questions listed below were asked of me several times over.
